Thomas Klem has a master's degree in FPE, and is a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI), through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). Previously Director of Fire Investigations for NFPA, and a PGFD Fire Officer. Other staff members have, PE license, MScFPE, ChE degrees or are certified fire investigators.
Appointed "fire expert", in civil litigation, by chief federal judge, to counsel, report and testify on the fire safety of a correctional facility within a high-rise building complex.
